Philip Eze is retained solely as an independent contractor to provide technical services, including website maintenance, hosting support, and the implementation of changes as explicitly directed by authorized Board Members of MentallyAnonymous.org. Philip Eze shall have no authority, discretion, or responsibility to create, develop, edit, review, approve, monitor, or reject any content published on the website.

All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, links, documents, and representations, is exclusively provided, controlled, and approved by Board Members of MentallyAnonymous.org. Philip Eze may implement, upload, or modify content only upon explicit written instruction from authorized Board Members and shall be entitled to rely fully on such instructions without independent verification. Under no circumstances shall Philip Eze exercise editorial judgment or assume any role in content decision-making.

Philip Eze shall have no duty or obligation to review, monitor, evaluate, or assess the accuracy, legality, completeness, or appropriateness of any content. Accordingly, Philip Eze disclaims any and all responsibility and liability arising from or related to the content of the website, including but not limited to claims involving defamation, intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, or regulatory noncompliance.

Board Members of MentallyAnonymous.org agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Philip Eze from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to (a) any content published on the website, or (b) any instructions provided to Philip Eze for implementation.

Philip Eze shall act solely upon written instructions from authorized Board Members and shall have no obligation to act on verbal, informal, or unauthorized requests. Philip Eze shall not be liable for any actions taken in good faith reliance on written instructions provided by Board Members of MentallyAnonymous.org.

Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or representative relationship between Philip Eze and MentallyAnonymous.org or its Board Members. Philip Eze operates strictly as an independent contractor providing limited technical services.
