Mind Over Matter: It’s Not That Crazy

Mind Over Matter is a transformative mental wellness initiative by Mentally Anonymous designed to educate, empower, and support individuals and communities in understanding mental health through faith, awareness, and connection.

“Educating the church and community on new ways to think about mental health.”

About the Book

Mind Over Matter: It’s Not That Crazy is more than a book, it’s a movement.

This work challenges the stigma surrounding mental health by creating a bridge between faith, emotional wellness, and real-life experiences. It invites readers to explore mental health in a way that is approachable, honest, and deeply human.

Through storytelling, education, and reflection, this book helps individuals:

  • Understand mental health without fear or judgment
  • Embrace emotional and spiritual well-being
  • Recognize that they are not alone in their journey
  • Begin the path toward healing and wholeness
