F.A.Q.
Is Mentally Anonymous only for individuals who are severely mentally ill, diagnosed, or medicated for mental illness?
Mentally Anonymous is for everyone who wants to put their mental health and wellness first. Mentally Anonymous provides a multitude of services, from mental health education, support groups, retreats, stress-reducing family activities, and even psychologists within our network.
I don't know if I suffer from any mental health issues, but I would like to join a support group for the simple daily stresses of life. Is this the right place for me?
Absolutely! Mentally Anonymous provides stress support groups for working professionals, stay-at-home moms, and couples. These support groups have daily chats, monthly meetings with activities, outings, and retreats! Not only are our support groups a great place for stress relief, but also a great place to meet like-minded individuals!
I have a loved one that could use Mentally Anonymous but is in denial. Could Mentally Anonymous help?
Mentally Anonymous does not do interventions but does host family activities to introduce ourselves to individuals and family members! One of our family day activities, retreats, or outings may be perfect for your loved one as it does not focus on specifically one individual but the mental wellness of the entire family!
